Hau Pehn Yapp LL B (Adel) LL M (Commercial) (Adel) - qualified as a lawyer in South Australia in 1979. He then practiced in multilingual Malaysia for 10 years.

He moved back to Adelaide in 1990, just in time to be our Honorary Legal Adviser until today, presiding over CWS' Annual General Meetings in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for 30+ years.

Hau Pehn has enjoyed legal practice in the broad fields of Wills and Estates, Advance Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, Purchase and Sale of Businesses, Liquor Licenses, Franchises, International Trade, Purchase and Sale of Houses.
