Tai Chi Class

Remember when we first started the Fitness Friday Tai Chi class there are only few people now because of its popularity our member are growing fast , not only Asian people but with other nationality as well .

 If you want to do some fitness exercise , meet and chat with new friends you are more than welcome to join us.

Time:   Friday form 9:45 to 12:30 pm

Fee:   $ 4:00 per person with community meals supplied.
